Why we're doing this
This is about the freedom to build something we're proud of, with people we respect. More than anything, we're here to get the full potential out of the people we back: to help them become the best version of themselves and reach levels they never believed were within range.
We say that because we've watched it happen, and there is very little more rewarding than seeing someone realise what they were always capable of.
